Dziel się celami.
Jak często ukazujesz innym (w jasny sposób) dlaczego różne rzeczy mają miejsce w prowadzonej przez Ciebie służbie studenckiej- nawet biorąc pod uwagę twoje cotygodniowe spotkania czy inne, tak samo podstawowe sprawy? Czy kiedykolwiek wyjaśniłeś, że „to jest powodem, dla którego mamy to spotkanie” lub, że „to jest kwestia, z powodu której planujemy ten wyjazd”?
Dzielenie się z grupą tym, co mamy nadzieję osiągnąć, może w wyjątkowy sposób pomóc tym sprawom w ich realizacji. Daje to również naszym studentom poczucie współudziału i ułatwia im służenie i prowadzenie innych do celu. Sprawia też, że jesteśmy odpowiedzialni przed wszystkimi, za to by utrzymać cel, który zadeklarowaliśmy na forum.
Jasne ukazywanie naszych celów może również uczynić naszą służbę bardziej przyjazną dla ludzi z zewnątrz, którzy przecież mogą zastanawiać się nad tym dlaczego się spotykamy, dlaczego śpiewamy czy też po co modlimy się w grupach, lub dlaczego gramy we frisbee w każde niedzielne popołudnie. Jedni przez te informacje będą mieli okazję bardziej się tym zainteresować od innych- ale chociaż ktoś się zainteresuje. Ostatecznie jednak, czy zainteresowanie będzie czy nie- takie działanie z naszej strony zaprasza do udziału studentów z zewnątrz, otwiera nasze spotkania.
Co by było gdybyś podczas każdego spotkania grupy studenckiej dzielił się tymi celami i planami w trzech słowach (lub wyświetlał je na projektorze)? A co, gdybyś na kolejnej społeczności podzielił się ze swoimi liderami szczegółami metody, która jest w tym „szaleństwie”? Czy są jakieś inne sposoby na to, by takie deklarowanie celów mogło funkcjonować w Twojej służbie? Jak myślisz, czy warto to wypróbować?
Z tej racji że usługujemy w tak specyficznym miejscu jak uniwersytet, niektóre z celow powinny zostać w naszych głowach (mam nadzieję jednak, że są tam dosyć wyklarowane...). Czasami liderzy powinni być dyskretni w kwestii szczegółów. Wiedzmy jednak, że cała grupa będzie odnosić korzyści, widząc, iż służba którą prowadzimy, jest służbą celową i że są konkretne sprawy, które chcemy osiągnąć, podejmując każdy krok. Pytałem Piotr o nowych luzdich i co stanie dalej? Tu jest jego odpowiedi: --Jeśli są jacyś nowi ludzie to robimy spotkanie bardziej ewangelizacyjne. Zapraszamy ich na jakieś kolejne spotkanie- np. na klub filmowy (który będzie w czwartek:). Zawsze staramy się zrobić jakiś next step jeśli to możliwe (choć nie zawsze się da...).-- Pracujemy dużo na ewangelizację, ale co robimy z ludzmi pożniej też jest bardziej ważny i warto żebyśmy myślić o to.

Share purposes with your students.
How often do you relate very clearly why certain things take place in your college ministry – even weekly events or other very basic things? Have you ever related, “This is why we have large-group meeting,” or “Here’s specifically why we’re planning this retreat”?
Sharing what we hope to accomplish – explicitly – might actually help those things happen. It also gives students ownership and the opportunity to serve or lead. And it holds us accountable, in front of all our students, to keeping our aim steady.
Sharing our purposes also might make our ministry more friendly to outsiders, who may legitimately wonderwhy we meet or why we sing or why we pray in groups or why we have crazy skits or why we play ultimate frisbee each Sunday afternoon. Some will care more than others… but some, at least, will care. And whether they care or not, it invites students inside.
What if every time you had a large group meeting, you shared the purposes in a brief sentence or two (even on the screen)? Or what if for the next fellowship event, you (at least) shared the “method behind the madness” with your student leaders? How else could this function in your ministry? Is it worth trying?
As college ministers, some of our purposes need to remain in our heads (but I hope they’re at least very clear there). But sometimes, student leaders should be privy to those details. And oftentimes, the whole group would benefit from knowing that ours is indeed a purpose-filled ministry, and that there are specific gains we hope to make in every step we take. (Thanks Piotr for the translation.)I asked Piotr about what they do with new people. His response is: "If we have new people at our meetings, we make them more evangelistic. We invite them to the next meeting we are having (i.e. the film we are hosting Thursday). We are always trying to mke the next step (though we are not able to do it.)" (Curt's dynamic equivalent translation of what Piotr really said). We put a lot of work into evangelism and we need to think even harder about what happens after the evangelism with these new people.

Mam nadzieję że wszystko jest dobrze u was. Modlę się że Bog
błogosławi was dzisiaj i tym tygodniu w twoich slużby. Dla kilka
tygodniu modliłem się o takie list/artykul, który byłoby pomocny dla
was jakie liderów. A więc, chcialbym pisać coś krotko do was.
Artykuły bedą niedługo, zachęcający, z pytanie, albo pomysłe
szczegolynie dla studentów.
Students For Christ (SfC) (http://sfceurope.org/) ma 5 klocki na
służbym filosofia (uwielbienie, integracja, uczniów, modlitwy i
ewangelizacja). Klej ktory przytrzymywa z razem jest "community". Są
na stronie MP3's na każdy temat

Chciałbym też pisac na jednym klockami każdy email. Anita Koeshall
-dyrektorką SfC ma 2 MP3 na community ktorzy są warto żeby słuchacie.
Ona mówiła o covenant community. Covenant znacza umowa; pakt;
przymierze.

Greetings to you all!
I hope that you are all doing well. I am praying that God will bless
you today and this week in your ministries. For a few weeks i have
been praying about an email/article that would be helpful for you as
leaders. And so I would like to briefly write to you. These articles
will be short, encouraging, asking questions or with ideas especially
for students. Students for Christ (SfC) has 5 building blocks in
their philosophy of ministry (worship, fellowship, discipleship,
prayer and evangelism). The clue that holds them together or the
atmosphere in which they exist is community. On their internet page

worth listening to. She spoke about covenant community. Covenant
